BA-PHALABORWA- The 17 members of the Catholic of Jerusalema Apostolic Church in Lulekani who were involved in a car accident last week have been discharged from Maphutha Malatji Hospital.
On Saturday, April 08, the members were from a church conference in Muyakayaka Village near Siloam when the tyre of the minibus they were travelling burst and the driver lost control near Gravelotte Primary School.
Amongst the 17 passengers were 3 men, 13 women and a 1-year-old child. They are all discharged from the hospital.
Dickson Sithole a member of the church said they thank God for saving their lives. “We thank the hospital’s medical team for responding quickly to the accident and attending to us with a matter of urgency,” Sithole said.
